Susan King and Kate Hendershott share a common vision – to leave a lasting, positive impact on our clients’ bottom line. 

SUSAN BASIL KING is an experienced leader in marketing and organizational effectiveness. She partners with her clients to improve performance by effectively linking business strategy with their talent strategy. Susan specializes in leadership and team effectiveness as well as customized executive coaching. She has held leadership roles in both the private and nonprofit sectors and as a consultant has worked with over forty organizations. Susan has a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Doctorate in Education.

KATE HENDERSHOTT brings a classical marketing approach to each engagement, but with a twist. She loves being in the heart of the action, listening to and understanding people and their needs and then translating that information into actions that make a difference to the customer and the employee. Kate has a Master’s degree in Marketing from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
